With Autolog Auto Transport, your car shipping reservation can be canceled at any time prior to the tender of your vehicle to us for car transport. 100% of your payment will be refunded immediately. Many other auto transport companies are brokers and charge you a deposit and the balance is due to the driver upon delivery.
The deposit is the brokers commission and they will normally not guarantee when your car will be picked up and if it is not picked up on a timely basis and you want to cancel in most cases you will not receive your deposit back. This is never the case with Autolog Auto Transport.
